2. Data processed when you visit this website
The site is static. The supplied Nginx configuration disables normal access logging. Technical error logs may still be generated when a request fails and may include an IP address, time, requested path and technical diagnostic information.
Purpose: security, availability and troubleshooting. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure and reliable website. Retention: the supplied server configuration rotates these error logs daily and keeps them for up to 14 days.
The site does not set cookies and does not use browser local storage. Language switching uses separate English and French URLs.
3. When you email us
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message content, attachments and any information you choose to provide in order to reply and manage the correspondence. Depending on the context, the lawful basis is our legitimate interests in communicating with you and/or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Ordinary correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange unless a longer period is needed to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
